All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If conditions differ during the site visit, pricing or scope may be adjusted.

4. Payments and Billing

Invoices are typically due upon receipt or as otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension until payment is received.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in additional fees or termination of service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning visit, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue promptly at no extra cost.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect property, Refresh Janitorial is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Unreported maintenance issues
• Items not disclosed during service walkthroughs

We carry full liability and workers’ compensation insurance for our staff.
